Exchanges & refunds
Haute couture and custom-made pieces are made for one client and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Standard Ready-to-Wear pieces can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days, on the conditions below.

Every Elanrah couture gown is cut and embroidered to your measurements, and a 50% reservation fee secures your place in the atelier calendar. The remaining balance is due once your gown is complete, before delivery.
For 72 hours after your reservation is confirmed, you may cancel and your reservation fee is refunded in full. This is the window before your pattern is finalised and cutting begins. Once your gown enters production, the reservation fee is non-refundable and the gown is final sale: couture gowns cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Because your gown is built to your measurements and confirmed with you before cutting, it is made to fit. Should anything need refining once your gown arrives, complimentary adjustments are arranged through the atelier. See our sizing & fit guide for how measurements are taken.
Any garment made or changed to order cannot be exchanged or refunded. This includes alterations, add-ons and custom sizes, on couture and Ready-to-Wear pieces alike.
Ready-to-Wear pieces in standard sizes may be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of delivery, unless the product page states that the piece cannot be exchanged or refunded. To qualify, the piece must be:

Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you are returning, and we will confirm how to send it back.
These terms do not apply where a piece arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. In that event, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right, by repair, replacement, or refund.
Pieces commissioned through the Global Gown service are singular, one-of-one creations. They carry an introductory fee, are confirmed privately upon approval of your application, and are non-refundable once the commission is accepted.
