Made-to-order
Every Elanrah gown is cut and embroidered to your measurements. Because of this, the terms below differ from ordinary retail — please read them before you reserve.

Each gown is made by hand, and our artisans can hold only a limited number of commissions at a time. When you reserve a gown, a 50% reservation fee secures your place in the atelier calendar. The remaining balance is due once your gown is complete, before delivery. Until your reservation is confirmed and the fee received, no place is held and no work begins.
For 72 hours after your reservation is confirmed, you may cancel for any reason and your reservation fee is refunded in full. This is the window before your pattern is finalised and cutting begins.
Once the 72-hour window has passed and your gown enters production, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable, and the completed gown is final sale — it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Your gown is made for you alone and cannot be offered to another client. This is the nature of true made-to-measure couture.
Because your gown is built to your measurements and confirmed with you at a private fitting before cutting, it is made to fit. Should anything need refining once your gown arrives, complimentary adjustments are arranged through the atelier. Our intention is that the gown sits as though it were always yours. See our sizing & fit guide for how measurements are taken.
This final-sale policy does not apply where a gown arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was agreed. In that event, contact the atelier within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — by repair, remake, or refund, at our discretion and yours.
Pieces commissioned through the Global Gown service are singular, one-of-one creations. They carry an introductory fee, are confirmed privately upon approval of your application, and are non-refundable once the commission is accepted.
If you have any question at all before reserving, we would always rather you ask. Contact the atelier or speak with a stylist on WhatsApp — there is no obligation in a conversation.
