Your gown is prepared and delivered with the same care it was made — discreetly, fully insured, and with nothing left for you to arrange on arrival.

Each gown is made to order. From the moment your reservation is confirmed, expect 12–15 weeks for most looks, and up to 16–20 weeks for the most intricate hand-embroidered pieces. The estimated window is shown on every gown's page. If you are dressing for a specific date, tell us early and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
We ship worldwide by premium insured courier. For our clients in the Gulf, Europe, the United Kingdom and beyond, delivery is arranged Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) wherever possible — all duties and taxes are settled in advance, so there is nothing to pay and no customs delay when your gown arrives.
Every gown travels in protective Elanrah packaging and requires a signature on delivery. Packaging is elegant but unbranded on the exterior, for your privacy. Should you prefer delivery to a particular address, date, or a trusted representative, the atelier will arrange it.
You will receive confirmation when your gown leaves the atelier, with tracking and an estimated arrival. Throughout the making, a member of the atelier remains your point of contact — you are welcome to ask after your gown at any time.
