Terms
These terms govern your use of the Elanrah website and the commissioning of our gowns. By reserving a gown you agree to them, alongside our made-to-order terms.

Elanrah is a haute couture atelier creating made-to-measure gowns. The five looks presented are starting points; every gown is finished to each client's measurements and chosen personalisations.
Prices are shown as a starting point — "from" a stated figure — because made-to-measure work varies with fabric, embellishment, and personalisation. Your final price is confirmed in writing, with you, before any reservation fee is taken. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; other currencies, where displayed, are a guide.
Reserving a gown is subject to our made-to-order terms, including the 50% reservation fee, the 72-hour cancellation window, and the final-sale nature of completed gowns. We confirm every commission in writing before work begins.
All designs, photography, text, and the Elanrah name and marks are the property of the house and may not be reproduced without permission. Gown imagery is representative; as each piece is made by hand, natural variation in embroidery and finish is part of its character, not a fault.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Beyond those rights, our responsibility is limited to the value of the gown commissioned.
Questions about these terms are always welcome. Please contact the atelier.
